Ruined by Audible

Which idiotic audiobook company would end a quiet and calm book designed to be listened to as you sleep with a loud summary and 'Audible hopes you enjoy this programme'?? Yup. This one.
It is 3am, and I am now wide awake.
I have no idea if this book works since I have listened to it once and unless I with to be woken in the middle of the night, won't listen again.
Totally moronic. Don't buy.

Pretty Good.

This actually works. After listening for a few days my relationship with food changes; I stop binge eating and lower my food portions. When I stop listening for long periods I do start to fall back into unhealthy eating habits again so it is something you have to keep up.

I can’t say much else about the book because I fall asleep after maybe 15 minutes and obviously by the time I wake up the next morning it’s finished. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight or just eat healthier. I get that hypnosis isn’t for everyone but it works for me and I would tell anyone to give it a try. One thing I can say is once, I woke up half way through and the whale noises did freak me out a bit, haha.

Doesn’t help at all

It is nice and calming to help you fall asleep but it has done nothing to stop my bad habits. I’ve listened to it for two weeks and have now given up.
