Good Recourse!!
Beautifully organized. Stoicism is so simple and natural, yet so profound. This is an easy to listen, short book. It lays out a blueprint for living your best life. It neither denies the existence of God nor discourages the practice of religion. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was uplifted and educated by it.

Good Recourse!!
We have gone through it twice and found something new each time. We intend to continue to use it as the years go by to remind ourselves that it will be on it we just loom at life through the proper lens.

Very Informative!!
I've listened to a number of books on Stoicism, including Ryan Holiday's, The Obstacle Is The Way and I recommend this little book wholeheartedly. I've been listening to it every day and find it to be one of the best "self-improvement" books I have found. You will not be disappointed.
