Easy to follow instructions!

I really enjoyed listening to this. It gave me so many workouts to really help maintain and tone my body. I loved how easy it was to follow along and the fact that they were only about fifteen minutes since I've been struggling with getting interested in longer workouts at the moment. Overall a great guide to anyone who's been curious about pilates, this book will help you get started and make sure you learn it right.

Wall pilates fitness plan

Nice flow

The instruction in this book is easy to digest offering beginner exercises to more advanced. The pdf. addition is helpful to illustrate the exercises. I appreciated the bonus workout routines and recipes towards the end. This is a great guide for exploring your body with Pilates.

A Great Way to Exercise

I love working out while listening to the audiobook. For me, hearing it is the best guide to doing it.

The workout is perfect me as a senior because my level of fitness is not great, but I find it quite easy to do. There are clear instructions and the PDF has great illustrations.

Two things I appreciate are that no equipment is needed and it only take 15 minutes for each routine.
I highly recommend this audiobook if you have a busy schedule and you still want to fit in some exercise.
