Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Padawan Anakin Skywalker star in this thrilling galactic adventure set three years after the events of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
When a Republic spy goes missing on the Moons of Varl, the Jedi Council asks Obi-Wan and Anakin to infiltrate an underground podracing circuit run by a crime boss believed to be holding the spy prisoner. With Anakin posing as a hotshot racer and Obi-Wan as his attendant, tensions between the two threaten to run even higher than usual.
But when Obi-Wan is forced to leave Varl, Anakin is on his own as he faces a series of increasingly treacherous races that will determine his fate—and that of the spy.

Fun early Anakin and Obi-Wan romp
Really enjoyed this for what it was. Gives you an insight into the post episode 1 Anakin and Obi-Wan dynamic. Well narrated and fun.

Exciting and thrilling short story
A very exciting and thrilling short story throughout, which was the perfect length. Great to explore the early days of Anakin being Obi Wan's padawan. Very well narrated too!

the entire story is brilliant and I can't stop listening
The ending was actually emotional.

Pod racing was cool
A bit of a drag and hard to follow in some places as it couldn't really grab my attention. The main threat is very cool however, as well as some really good characterisation of anakin during a mostly unknown period of his life.
There is actually a continuity error also as a character called squib has a line well after he is taken away.

Now THIS is podracing!
Fun early adventure with Obi-Wan and Anakin. I really enjoyed hearing the return of podracing, one of my favourite things from the films, and thought the story was great. Really good performance from the narrator too. Definitely recommend to all fellow Star Wars fans :-)

Fantastic Proper Star Wars!
highly recommended. good interesting enough original story. plays to the characters strengths. very in keeping with Star Wars (except when the Trandoshan Capita. is written as going Pale with Fear - honestly Trandoshans hunt Cookies!! nothing would make them pale with fear!!). other than that one mistake it's spot on quality Star Wars! great stuff thanks. more with these two at this stage in their relationship would be cracking!!
