Fascinating insight into the world of headache.

I have suffered from migraine for many years. In this book Amanda Ellison has explained different types of headache and why we are likely to experience them. I now have a much better understanding of what could be causing my migraine and how I might be able to minimise its occurrence in the future. A great insight into headache and the associated physiology.

Audiobook narration is also excellent.

If you are headache-inclined

Read this since I have chronic migraines and was curious to know further detail. I found the book to be pitched at the right level - plenty of detail but the author has managed to make it easily understandable. If this is an area of personal interest to you I would recommend this.
