Consciousness...It's not easy but it's worth it!

In this book, the amazing Dr. Caroline Myss takes us on a journey inside ourselves. Her examples really hit home. She shows us that most of us clearly know what we want, and usually start out filled with good intentions, but somewhere along the line never manage to completely dedicate ourselves to a spiritual practise which is the only true way to achieve consciousness. We all want it but we have a hard time disciplining ourselves into putting in that extra effort.

Caroline takes our hand and leads the way... showing us that we're not alone, that we can do it and that it really isn't easy but it's so worth it!
