Food For Thought

I was going to listen it in sections, but ended up listening to it all in one go.
I love how it breaks things down, but doesn't go into unwanted stories that have no relevance to what you are wanting to here. The brief stories explain what is needed to be said, with a slight variation of it just being said. More like an explanation of why. Why we should ask questions a certain way, why we shouldn't expect our demands to be met.
was a great read, throughly enjoyed it.
My only negative is, I couldn't find the free meditation that would have come with the physical book.

Interesting and informative

I really love this audiobook. I am practicing Tarot and meditation and I wanted to dig more into the spiritual world and spirit guides and this book gave me the basics to do so and also answered some of my questions and doubts.
