About this listen
Spirit witch Sadie Lewis has never been a powerful witch. Her only talent is being able to feel other peoples’ emotions, especially when she sings. It’s what has kept her from pursuing a musical career. The idea of being overwhelmed with her empath ability while in the middle of a crowded concert venue is terrifying. But when the perfect deal comes around, she can’t refuse. Only now she’s been teamed up with King McGrath, a boy from her past who she hurt badly and it seems he might not ever forgive her.
Rocker King McGrath hasn’t had the easiest life. After being kicked out of his home as a teen for his unusual abilities, trust is hard to come by. He’s worked hard for every bit of success he’d managed, but his career is in a slump. When he finally lands a deal that gives him the control he’s always craved, he learns he’s now working with the one person he thought he’d never see again. Now he’s moments from walking away from it all.
But when pain turns to healing and King finally starts to trust again, a curse wreaks havoc on the residents of Keating Hollow. Now it’s up to Sadie and King to break it and restore the magical order to the special town they’ve both come to love. And just maybe they’ll find a way to heal past wounds and get the happily-ever-after they both deserve.

Loved it!
Heart wrenching childhoods with a side of a youthful budding romance lost before truly began. The art & magic of music bringing the lost loves back for an additional try with a sprinkle of drama mixed in. The characters are likable and believable and the story is interesting and entertaining. The narrator did a good job with bringing the story to life! I received a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
