Old fashioned and unhelpful

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Martin James?

Narration was good - that is one and the only bonus.

Any additional comments?

Not much to say really other than this is a very out dated type of book. It read likes a medical journal from the 70's - by that i mean it doesn't really give any advice and the advice it does give is often cliched or unrealistic. Didn't help me at all :(
