Jennifer Kincaid, on her way to a writer's workshop in the Colorado mountain town of Lake City, gets lost and is stranded by an avalanche.

Snowed in and thawed
The unexpected forced 8 weeks snowed in thaws the bounds of past experiences opening up a springtime of a new beginning. The challenges and thoughts along the way are well developed and bring colour and depth making this and great listen.

Easy listening.
Nice easy listen. Could of done with a little more to the story line maybe some more family drama but still worth a listen. My only pet-peve is that the 2 lesbian freinds have guys names ... what's that all about. 🤔

Cute wee story
I really enjoyed the fabulous narration - as always by Abby. Very easy to follow her various characters and so well articulated.
The added bonus to this story was having characters from another of Gerri’s books being a part of this story. Added to the enjoyment.

Predictable but good, narration slips at times
I enjoyed the story, easy listen and nothing too angsty. My only issue was the narration in the second half - anytime Ryan was alone with Morgan and Reese her voice became Jens, complete with Southern drawl, and this was really distracting.
