About the Author and Singer/Narrator
Rory Zuckerman is best known for her work as a children’s programming educator, entertainer, and recording artist from the 1990s. In addition to hosting Rory’s Place for four years (1996-2000) on The Learning Channel, Rory traveled the US giving hundreds of concerts a year, and also served as the official spokesperson for the National Head Start Association. Her recordings have won several industry awards, including the Parent’s Choice Award, and the original printing of Colorful Sleepy Sheep won a Moonbeam Award for children’s literature.
