Frustrating
It keeps stopping and starting, there is no blending with the recordings very frustrating to listen to sadly.

Good
Mega relaxing and lovely narrator with gentle voice , might not be everyone’s choice but I honestly found it’s working for me , three nights on a trot now , worth a try 💤😴

Recommend!
Been sending me to sleep for a week now, the last 30 minutes is my favourite part so I usually start half way through and I’m fast asleep before it’s finished !

Old school
Difficult to get over all the references to listening to your "tape recorder". This is very visualisation heavy.
