Paints beautiful pictures for a peaceful sleep
I bought the audio to accompany the hardback book. The book itself it beautifully illustrated and the short stories read by the author help you to visualise magical places and characters, cleverly weaving in messages of positive psychology leading you toward peaceful sleep

A wonderful nights sleep
A beautiful book which I have loved so much I have a hardback and audio version.
Perfect for a full deep sleep .. highly recommend

Rushed and not condusive to sleep
I found the narration very fast and not calm and relaxing at all. Annoyingly many of these "sleep meditations" ask that you are seated and awake... kind of misses the point of sleeping. Also at the start of each one there is extra info about essential oils etc that is not necessary. This is covered in its own chapter and I don't need to be reminded of it when I'm trying to use this meditation to sleep. I've always skipped to something else in bed so this audio book has been a waste for me.
