Thoughtful Relaxing Guidance

This book has it all. The book has guided breathing for you to get into the correct frame of mind and awesome sleep affirmations. I have had so much anxiety trying to create content and I can say that I am feeling so much better about things. I don't know how it did it, but I am more relaxed and have gotten so much more work done today after just one night.
