About this listen
The game has only just begun....
Hall had thought he knew everything about the game, but he’s finding every day that things are different in this new, broken version of Sky Realms Online. There are new game elements, new enemies, and even new locations.
After just barely surviving his first boss fight, Hall finds himself in one of those new locations. He's become the lord of a ruined and isolated village called Skara Brae, deep in the middle of hostile territory.
Hall and his companions must make the long trek to the city of Silverpeak Keep for much-needed supplies, or they'll risk losing everything. He hopes the journey will help determine what to do with Skarra Brae, his new in-game home.
What he thought would be a simple journey through the foothills of the Thunder Growl Mountains becomes so much more. From raging undead to a gang war between two thieves guilds, Hall will need new allies to survive more surprises than ever before. And the threat of permadeath still looms.
The hit new litRPG series Sky Realms Online continues with Silverpeak. It's perfect for fans of J. A. Hunter, Dakota Krout, and Edward Brody.
Performed by Pavi Proczko, narrator of Eden's Gate and Continue Online.

Great sequel to a growing story world
So the sequel to Sky-realms, Silverpeak pretty much follows on direct from the first book, and doesn’t disappoint right from the start. The story continues with the heroes as the carry on getting to grips with their new world, and the adventure rolls right on encompassing the role play theme in a way that doesn’t make the flow of the story stutter. The characters develop and if anything grow more likeable throughout the book, and the introduction of the newer characters on enhanced the sequel. As per the previous book Pavi provides excellent narration, and from not having heard him in previous books he is gaing a fan in me.
Overall this book carry’s on the great story whilst expanding the Sky-realm universe whilst maintaining the mystery of what happened to the players, a recommended read/listen not only for fans of fantasy or LitRPG but anyone who likes a hood character driven story with adventure.

Good but not what I was expecting
The book picks up right up from the end of the last. I was really wanting to read about the villaging building but this aspect was quickly forgotten about and we seemed to go on what was a tangent of a side quest for the whole book.
This is a respectable LitRPG book and does add some interest elements in to the Sky Realms Online universe. There is enough interest that I would probably get the third book when it comes out but I do hope it goes back to the village for some building.
Narrator does another good job.

decent litrpg series good narration
a interesting backstory of glitched RPG game which makes the players part of the game, set up well enough.
the writing sometimes repeats the"game elements"too much, making it slower than necessary.
luckily the narrator manages to keep the story moving well enough and separate characters feel reasonably well voiced.

Love the story
e this series, it has a great cast of characters, both good guys and baddies. The premise of everyone going back to level 1 but still remembering the game world really works well, especially when the world is not quite the same as what they remember. I would say the series isn't action packed, but this is good as it gives room for the story to grow and adds more depth to the story. While Hall is the mc, the author has given lots of attention to the supporting cast again adding to the overall depth. The quests are well thought out and all move the story along and of course the battles are great. While the star of the show is Troy's writing, the narration by Pavi Proczko is beautifully done. He has a relaxed tone that flows really well and compliments the author's style.

Series progressing well
This is the second in this series and while you could just jump into the series at this point, the first instalment would add greatly to your enjoyment of this one and it would be better to listen to them in order to get the proper sense of progression for the main cast.
This book picks up directly after the end of the first one and see our heroes needing to venture out from the newly claimed village in order to acquire the equipment and people they need for it to grow, these needs result in them suffering a series of trials and tribulations that result in an entertaining listen.
The narrator's performance is again a strong one that keeps the main cast suitably distinctive and nicely enhances the story for the listener.
Overall, this series progresses nicely in this second instalment, but the book is also strong enough in it's own right too.

Looking forward to getting book 3
This is the second book I’ve read/listened to by this author and I would listen to another. I like how there is an NPC that has joined the group and she is unaware they are players. She finds them strange since they ask odd questions and seem to don’t know trivial things. And the cow is in the story again! The story has some stat updates but not at all overwhelming. I am really enjoying this series and look forward to listening to more.
This is the third book I’ve listened to by this narrator ( Pavi Proczko ) and I look forward to listening to another.
He does well performing this book more than just reading it. He uses different voices for each character and his female voices are done well.
There are no explicit sex scenes, or excessive violence. I don’t recall swearing.

Upbeat LitRPG
The 2nd in the series is a lot more upbeat as we find out adventurers now slightly better off in their fortunes but now with new quests as they try to settle their new village and gain some reputation with their nearest neighbour's. A good listen if not one in which i would immediately jump to get but enjoyable all the same.
Narration is continuing to grow on me so more settled into the voices used as well.
I requested this audio and have decided to leave my thoughts.

Brilliant
This 2nd instalment is just as good as the 1st book, the world building is amazing, very well detailed, it's perfectly paced and not rushed.
Again the characters are great.
the narration is once again flawless.
This is in my top 5 litrpg favourite.
easy 5 star.
