I enjoyed the dual narration of Lexi Evans, DB West and Troy Duran
Years ago Darcy had her one night stand with a stranger, never believing it would change her life. Ewan believed he would never married or having a family. He is a solider and best friend to the Irish Mob boss, but he’s not kin. To secure his family’s protection, Ewan must offer the king a wife of his bloodline. He travels to Ireland to find a woman that is hidden in the family records. It is Darcy the woman from a hot one night stand. The two can not help the growing attraction and keeping their hands off each other.
Secrets get revealed and a new addition to the family.

I was completely astounded while listening to this book I was hooked from the start until the very end, the story was written well and the characters were amazingly captivating. This story was about Darcy and Ewan, Ewan went back home with his brother for his sister, they both were drunk they were staying at a hotel when Ewan went to his bed drunk in the dark and naked went to bed then he realised someone was already in the bed and that was when he met her. Darcy was really tired and didn't want to drive home she remembered the person that took her virginity except she didn't know his name she happend to see a picture and it turns out he’s a hitman for the Irish Mob. Five years later she meets him again he didn't recognise her so she treated him like a stranger.

thrilling listen
Ewan must secure is place with the mafia, he needs to find a wife for his boss of his own kin. And that leads him to Darcy. A woman from his past, related but not by blood, but there's more secrets ahead, can he hand over Darcy when the time comes? Well written steamy age gap, desires, mafia romance.
Audio review- great dual narration, the accents hit the spot! A great addition to having the extention of the original book
