I found a few nuggets in here
I saw Richard Gerver speak at a recent conference and found it thought provoking, inspiring and funny. Subsequently I bought this on Audible and it wasn't as good as I expected based on his speaking. I wonder if my view would have been different if I had read this first. I would strongly recommend seeing the author speak if you get the opportunity.
