A great resource

Solid, actionable steps!

Not only did this book give me a wakeup call on all of the daily habits that make it more difficult to stay productive, it gave me the information I needed to understand the pathways of those habits in my brain. Changing habits is a challenge but not overwhelming once you understand where to start! As someone who has struggled with procrastination and staying focused, I truly believe the steps provided are going to help me maintain the mental health and focus to make those changes. Highly recommend to all of my fellow procrastinators!
