About this listen
How to talk and listen to your children: a practical workbook for busy parents
Handling a newborn is tough. But as any parent knows, what comes after the age of three makes everything before look like a walk in a park.
It seems like your child learned how to talk overnight, and suddenly, you discover a whole new aspect of your parent-child relationship: communication.
Many don’t even realize how crucial that moment is. Not only does your child now understand what you’re saying to them, but they also use words to express themselves.
It sounds simple enough, but communicating with children is actually more complex than you may realize.
It’s not about disciplining your children - it’s about talking and listening in the right way.
In How to Talk so Little Kids Will Listen and Have More in Common than You Think, you will discover:
- A detailed guide on what’s going on inside your children’s heads - find out what they’re feeling but not telling you.
- Proven techniques for getting your children to listen to you so that you never feel ignored or defeated again
- Simple methods child experts use to improve communication with children and get them to express themselves in a calm, controlled way
- Tips on how to handle your own emotions when dealing with children - say good-bye to anger and frustration forever.
- Fun, interactive activities for you and your children that will strengthen your bond and deepen your communication level
- Bulletproof strategies for helping your children develop excellent communication skills, paving the way for successful futures
- And much more...
When raising children, parents have to act intuitively in many aspects. Communication shouldn’t be one of them - it is something far too important to handle “on the go”.
If you want to help your child express themselves in a productive manner and quit the tantrums, then you will want to listen to this audiobook.

Best Parenting guide for sure!
This audiobook changes my parenting in a different way for sure. I have a 6-year-old son and obviously, it is not easy but I realized that it is my own mistake as I was not guiding him in the proper way. But I learned from my mistakes and this content showed me amazing methods and give so good advice on how to develop as a parent and be a better father to my son. Definitely recommended !

highly recommend for struggling parents
This book taught me a lot about the adjustments I can make to my parenting style. I think the beginning of the book, the first chapter made a brilliant point, that just because they are our children doesn't mean they think like we do. This book teaches great strategies you can use to better communicate with your child that actually encourages your child to listen. I'm learning and implementing everyday and the results have been very effective so far, which I think mainly because this book taught me to understand what makes my little one tick, if you understand the triggers you can solve the problem. Highly recommended for all parents out there dealing with these struggles.

Where has this been all my life haha
The chapter on how to improve your communication skills was probably the most helpful to me! Communicating with adults comes easy to me but in terms of kids, I was honestly at a loss. As a new mom, I can now implement this when the time is right! It actually helps me with my nieces too, since I started practicing with them. I already see a difference in the way they respond to me :) It used to be a lot harder when they were so defiant. They're at the age of 3 now, so this book came in super handy with the age range!

Proper Adulting
Although there is no manual assigned with the newest additions to the family. Brushing up on effective methods of rearing them like these, can alleviate that need and cultivate a great bound 👏

Great book to actually get your kids listening!
I loved this book because it doesn't only explain the psychology behind what happens in children's heads but gives super useful techniques that actually work! It also helped me work on my own frustration when talking to children and deal with my emotions correctly. The activities mentioned are super fun and really have facilitated my communication between me and the children! Definitely recommend!

Repeat,repeat and repeat millions time
This is the reality. You have to repeat and repeat over and over again. Sometimes a young child is hard to control and raise. Understand your child's mind as a new parent and not be angry with your child. You want a better relationship with your child. This book is useful for new parents. I really enjoyed the female voice and the information inside. I recommand it.

Really helpful
As a mum of 5 and 8 I was looking for a book to improve my communication with kids as we shout at each other to much. This book was a great help. it explains how child's brain works, best way to talk to children so they actually listen and most important for me how to listen to them. Good narration makes it pleasant to listen as well.

finally found what I was looking for!
I have a 4 year old boy who can challenge my patience to say the least. I've been feeling that he has brought out the worst in me at times, and wasn't able to fully enjoy the joys of parenting and the precious moments, until this book has finally given me the tools I need to communicate effectively with him. one of the mein eye openers was how differently children function then adults. I guess it's been s while since I was a child! anyway it's a great book!
