Excellent portrayal of a true leader. This book has been inspiring me since it was 1st written. A must read/listen

Maybe I missed something obvious but while hoping for a Shackleton type adventure story I ended up with a be a better manager tutorial. The tutorial itself may be great but I was so dismayed I switched off
