Nice easy read

The book was relatively short so was easy to get through. nice clear author and honest personal experience shared. Reminds you very quickly how to get back on track and stop procrastinating which exactly what I needed. thank you. (I recieved a free code in exchange for honest feedback)

Some great useful tips, but the website for the workbook doesn’t exsist a pdf attachment to the audiobook would have been better

A must read for anyone who struggles with procrast

Loved it. I've listened to it so many times as addressing procrastination isn't a one and done, but going back and listening to it from time to time gets me back on track when I'm struggling. Gemma gives such a warm performance, making it an easy and enjoyable listen.

If you want to sort your life out listen to this

This book has really helped me sort my sh*t out - I knew that I needed to build self-discipline into my life if I was ever going to achieve my goals... BUT I had no idea where to start - I have always relied on other people to keep me in check but I realised that this just wasn't cutting it anymore.

This book helps you to redesign your day (and your life!) to build up a routine that means you can be your most productive and awesome self each and every day. I laughed out loud at this book too, because it was just so relatable and Gemma is hilarious. I feel like we would be friends if we met in real life. I have been making excuses for myself not to do things for years and I eventually got bored of my own BS.

I got this book and now I get up at 5.30am every morning WITH my 3 year old son and the whole family all get out of the house at 6.15am and go for a run around the park. Back for 7am, breakfast showered and ready to leave the house by 8.15am for preschool leaving the rest of the day to achieve goals and kick ass. It's awesome and I have struggled to wake up before 8am for 30 years. I'm getting stuff done, I've lost 5lbs in a week, I feel great - it's awesome.

Do yourself a favour this year - get this audiobook. Buy the book too. Utilise the awesome online resources Gemma has supplied. Join that facebook group, sign up to the 10 day coaching course - it's free and it's awesome. Gemma even gave me a code for a free copy of this audiobook (I LOVE audible so this was extra awesome).

Didn’t have the discipline to read the book

I purchased the book at new year but only read the first few chapters. Self discipline around reading is a definite weak point. I saw the audiobook was released and enjoyed listening rather than reading.
The author narrates the book and has good presentation. I liked the honesty and humour on what is often a boring topic.

Engaging and thought provoking!

Gemma's view on self-discipline is refreshing. There are practical tips that make goal setting achievable!
Highly recommend this book- especially because the FB group is so supportive!

A lady that changed my life

This book was recommended to me through a mutual friend of mine and Gemma’s as I was going through a very difficult time in my life. I did mastermind work with Gemma and she’s taught me so much. My life is very different now even after a few short months. I journal and read a lot more and have reached out to so many like minded people. I get that I can’t control everything now and how to deal with certain situations. I feel that I have more of a plan and know who I am and where I want to go. I can’t thank Gemma enough for her outlook on life and lessons she is teaching me. I will be forever grateful to her.
