Good listen and a great reminder!

Punchy, Straight to the point, reaffirming the basics. Sometimes when you lose your way, listening to a book like this is a form kick up the backside to get productive quickly! Great book and I’d listen to it again and again.

Very helpful

I like the style of providing tools to deal with certain situations. I believe in those tools that they provide because they work. easy-to-understand vocabulary, I really like it, I think most of the things you say are consistent with real life. your books give me ideas on how to face these situations.

Self-Discipline can be a tricky thing. For both my clients and me, it’s often the thing we fight against the most but when we have it in any aspect of our life, we are the happiest. This book not only explained this phenomenen but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible.

good, compact and handson but not very innovative.

I liked the book it has very clear steps to follow, how every it's also very "logical" and not very innovative. it's fine for the size though.

One of the Best

Insightful dive into why people have difficulties moving forward and in depths on how to move past those difficulties and create a strong mental base. Absolutely loved the book, already started applying some of the ideas/teachings from it, will read it again so it's engraved in my mind. It's also a very quick read if you're in a hurry for a mental transformation.

Practical & Genuinely Helpful

I read this 3 years ago, upon turning 30- since then I have completed a masters degree, changed job roles, moved to a new house, and become a parent. I still listen to it when I need to feel motivated again!

Powerful Audio book
