Enjoyed this book a lot!

Great listen!
I absolutely loved this book,he teaches you what you need to do, to better yourself to find peace happiness,success everyday of your life and yes it's true we already know all this things but he put it together for us and when you listen it you just know how to apply it to your daily program,not only that he shows you what to do only by listening you will feel positive and full of energy!!

Very helpful guide
This book helped to remind me that although we cannot change our circumstances, we change how we react to them. I truly got a lot of value from what i listened. My favorite part of the book is where it talks about writing down and frequently reviewing your goals. It really opened my eyes and made me realize that I need to always be reviewing my goals so that i can stick to them and also to help boost my mood.

Very practical ideas!
