I enjoyed the narration of Daphne Fields
Seven years ago Mark and Leah met at a club and had a one night stand. Mark is older and off the charts sexy. Leah and Mark's attraction is off the charts. A hot and sexy night happens. It is not just memories that is left as a reminder of that sexy night. Seven years later Mark returns and into Leah's life. Mark finds out that Leah was his best friends sister, but also he has a 6 year old son.
The is a short erotic hot daddy, age gap story.

Nice easy listen
Short happily ever after romance. Second one I’ve listened to by this author, the storyline was believable, as were the characters. Nice easy listen.

Sweet romance with a HEA
Leila and Mark had a one night stand, with him leaving without a word. They meet up again years later by chance when her brother has his best friend stay with him at their mums. They are both shocked, but don’t say they’ve met before. Their attraction is still there.
It was a good, feel good short story.

Leila and Mark
Leila had met Mark a number of years ago when they spent the night together. He left before she awoke so when she finds out that she is pregnant, there saw no way to contact him. Yers later, when he walks back into her life when he is visiting his best friend only to see Leila again because she is his best friend's sister. And then he has to find out about her son and work out this will fit together with the rest of his family. This is a great story to listen to.

When a Reckless Night Creates a Family
Riley Hartman's novella "Secret Baby for the Silver Fox" is a romance story that combines the usual clichés with a fresh perspective and interesting characters. One of the book's strengths is that, although it uses familiar elements, it manages to introduce something new to readers and hold their interest.
After graduation, Leila and her friend decide to go to a bar to relax. Leila is on her third drink when an older man, Mark, approaches her and teases her to slow down. They start flirting, which leads to him inviting her to his room. They don't even ask each other's names, just spend a passionate night together.
Years later, their paths cross again when Leila's brother travels home and invites his best friend along. Leila is shocked to see again the man she spent an unforgettable, yet reckless night with. Old feelings resurface and she realises that her feelings for Mark are still strong. But the confrontation with the past holds even more surprises when he sees her son and immediately recognises himself as his father. It is up to them to decide whether this discovery will put an end to their recently renewed relationship or, rather, open up a new opportunity for them to become a real family together.
At first glance, the book is nothing more than a typical romance story, where the characters meet for the first time during a one-night stand, and then the girl discovers she is pregnant, but because she doesn't even know his name, she is forced to raise the child without him. As usual in such books, they meet again years later, because as it turns out he is her brother's best friend. He discovers that the little boy she is raising as a single mother is actually his son, the result of their one-night stand.
Another somewhat clichéd element of the story is the age difference between the two main characters. Mark is not only older than Leila but, also a single parent, the father of a little girl. So the main story is not necessarily unique, but the author has made an enjoyable novella out of these perhaps trite elements. "Secret Baby for the Silver Fox" could be the perfect read for a long winter evening, or a dull summer morning when you have nothing to do but read something.
The narrator of the audiobook version, Daphne Fields, makes the experience of reading a reality for the listener. She does an excellent job of handling the voices of the different characters, making the story personal and helping listeners to immerse themselves more deeply in the world of each character.
Although "Secret Baby for the Silver Fox" follows the usual romantic threads, Riley Hartman is able to bring a new colour to the evergreen themes. The characters in the nooks are interesting and likeable, and although the basic story may seem familiar, Riley Hartman's unique style offers readers a fresh and enjoyable experience. This novella is the perfect choice for anyone who likes to immerse themselves in an entertaining read with a touch of romance.
