About this listen

What if you could go back and change your life? For Brennan Ramirez, that question is no longer hypothetical. Brennan is determined that the ultimate way to fix his family's life for the best is to go back and prevent the traumatic childhood abuse that haunts his wife to this day.

With the Machine, Brennan begins to experience true power, true control...or so he thinks. With every trip, every choice, Brennan realizes that his newfound control may be an illusion. With time made malleable, the question becomes, "What are you willing to sacrifice to change the past?"

Brilliant story with time travel, battling demons, substance abuse, family dynamics and destined love.
Frustrating narration with lots of hesitation and jingles in the background were very distracting
The constant reference to the bible and Christianity was a bit over the top for my liking.

Interesting and frustrating

A story of tortured wonderful souls and second chances

I couldn't stop listening once I started, it was such an engaging book, filled with relatable characters, twists and turns.

I don't want to put too much a it will spoil the story for others, but I definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed the narration, if I had to pick at anything there was a few background noises at times but this didn't matter at all to me, the narrator had a clear concise voice and was very easy to listen to.
