Distilling the facts
All we want is the evidence based facts so we can try and make the right decisions. (With the odd treat) so much contradictory advice on social media. Think I will stick with science. Thanks for this Dr Idz

Excellent and factual
This book is a must have. In this current age of social media medical misinformation, this book helps to clear away the nonsense, apply actual context to sensational headlines and medical fear-mongering by using factual information, context and breaking it down in an easy to understand way. I am a healthcare professional and will be recommending to my colleagues

Interesting well-researched compilation of facts
I don't necessarily like some of the conclusions Dr. Idrees Mughal arrives to, but the research is there, so that's all I can do, "not like it". Great read.

Loved it! Helps break down the science of eating and uses many meta analyses to support. A worthy read if you're interested in eating a balanced diet, loads of great advice and not condescending!

Nice cover
but stopped listening as soon as the author mentioned LDL being bad despite recent evidence showing otherwise, then quoting a study involving 8 men. May this is be good for TikTok myth busting but not convincing enough if you are interested in researching more into the topics.
