Summary

The narration is almost intolerable
Great story, well written and enjoyable.... but the accent and narration is almost physically painful - it's a mash up of rough, trying-to-be hard ass American, Irish-ish and a smattering of Scottish.
I am unable to not finish a book once I've started it but I came very, very close this time. On this occasion, I would advise reading this book and don't subject yourself to the narration.

Traumatic, but very well written
The storyline is very harrowing, but told sympathetically. It is very well narrated, and very easy to listen to.

Brilliant
Wow, I’ve recently discovered Robert White books, I finished the Rick Fuller series’s, then listened to Dirty. Obviously, this series was next! All amazing with twists and turns all the way through…. My new favourite author!! The narration is superb too!!

excellent story line.

Another gripping story from Robert White
Coming from Greater Manchester, these books are gripping from beginning to end. I get so into the story that I feel I know the characters.
If you are not a follower of Robert White, please download any of the stories, Im sure you will enjoy them.

Another Brilliant Striker Novel
I stumbled in Robert White via the Boxing Day Sales......I haven't regretted it. An awful subject written with utter grit and believable characters and narrated brilliantly....hooked from the start

Brilliant thriller
I read a lot of detective stories and this one had a plot that kept me guessing to the end. I fabulous story and I’ll definitely be reading more by this author

A compelling story and great narrator. As I’m from Preston originally I recognised a lot of the places mentioned, which made it extra special. Love the main character
