Alors que Paris est à feu et à sang, que la Ve République vacille sur ses fondations, le corps d'une jeune fille est retrouvé, nu, mutilé, dans une position de yoga. Jean-Louis attaque l'enquête - il est flic. Hervé et Nicole le secondent - ils sont les amis de la victime.

Maos, hippies, yogis... Tout y passe. Le trio interroge, tâtonne, et bientôt trouve : le mobile des meurtres - car il y en a eu d'autres - est au bout du monde, en Inde. De Calcutta à Bénarès, les aventuriers remontent le temps et l'espace, jusqu'à, enfin, découvrir la stupéfiante vérité sur les rives du Gange, parmi les palais délabrés et les morts qui brûlent.

C'est tout ? Non : le mot de la fin, celui qui donnera toute sa cohérence à l'histoire, sera prononcé à Rome, sous les dorures et la pourpre du Vatican...

Hervé, Jean-Louis et Nicole auraient pu être des enfants de leur siècle. Ils seront bien mieux : les enfants de leur propre karma. Un karma rouge sang, comme un cœur prêt à éclater.

Amazing reading. Gripping story .

As usual, I enjoyed very much the latest Grange. First time audiobook, this is quite an experience to be read the story and to give life into the characters . Amazing work of research into cults and cities.
