About this listen

This classic volume was originally written in 1880, and explores one of the greatest, and yet lesser known missionaries of the 19th Century; Robert Moffat.

Robert Moffat was a man totally set apart for the Kingdom of God. This Scottish missionary who left everything to minister in Africa, had a massive impact on the culture and history of the Southern part of the continent that is still reverberating in those lands today.

Not only did he establish the legendary Kuruman mission station, but he translated the Bible into the Tswana language and was a fierce advocate for education for everyone. And to top it all off, he was the father-in-law of David Livingstone, the Pathfinder and missionary to Africa who died on his knees in prayer.

May this book set you on fire for the King of Kings, and may the Lord call forth more people like Robert Moffat to go into the world and bring nations to the Throne of Grace.
