Summary
Kylie Tate believes the stalker who nearly killed her is dead.

Wow!
Starting immediately after the events of book one, Revenge clips along at a rapid pace. Kylie and Alex's story is very far from over and more revelations pile up as secrets are uncovered and Kylie's mental and physical safety are threatened. There is so much going on in this second book that I could not stop listening. There is drama and suspense galore..and just when you think it's safe!...Book 3 can't come soon enough! 💖💖💖💖💖

I loved the dual narration of Raquel Beattie and Orcus Auditory
Kylie’s story continues straight on from where the first one ended. This is a fascinating story which is filled with secrets, revenge, emotions, twists, trust, intrigue, drama, and suspense.

I have found my new favorite author
Anne L. Parks has created a legal world where love, romance, and courtroom drama collide in Book 2 of this series. Raquel Beattie shines as the voice of Kylie, a successful criminal defense attorney who is tasked as a special prosecutor involving her lover’s father.
Alex is still trying to protect Kylie from the aftershocks of her brutal attack from her ex-boyfriend, John Sisco. Kylie feels an increasing sense of paranoia, coupled by threatening messages and even the people close to her questioning her. Alex loves her with everything he has, but they are struggling to put wrongs to right as they forge ahead in their unbreakable bond of love and hope.
As a criminal defense attorney, I can say that the book has the courtroom process and trial drama down pat. I was on pins and needles awaiting the verdict. The writing and story-telling are so exceptional, you will feel like you’re right there in the courtroom.
I highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys romance, intrigue, the legal arena, and knowing when your soul mate has arrived.
