Inspiring and life changing!
There will be things that go wrong with the property. Most of the time this is as simple as the wear and tear that is done to the property from everyday living in it but there are some times when it could be more than that. You will need to fix the things that are wrong with the property.
As a landlord, it is your responsibility to make sure that the home you own is safe and is easy for people to make sure that they are going to be able to rent it out. You should always be doing everything that you can to be able to get the best rental options and to ensure that you will be able to get the most out of the property.
Fix what you need to so that you can avoid lawsuits and costly major repairs. If you stay on top of things, you will not have to worry about how you are going to pay for other problems when they crop up.

Educational
This is not like most real estate books. Many others read like a sales pitch: frustratingly repeating how great real estate is and how you'll get rich if you (insert general statement). This book is about action. It's a handbook. Do this. Here are the resources you need. Watch out for these common pitfalls. Here are the alternative solutions and why each might be best for different situations.

In-depth
A very appropriate level of detail about various types of property analysis for beginners. The author used a lot of realistic examples which really helped to make the topic clear. It is exactly what the title says. You won't get super in-depth with things like applying for loans or anything, but the course does an amazing job of covering exactly what it tells you it will cover.
