The programs in this book have helped me tremendously. I often have a difficult time falling asleep, but I am now able to fall asleep much faster listening to the tracks in this audiobook before bed. I also have used them in the afternoon when I get really tired from long periods of intense focus. I'm not typically a nap person but the mountain stream track just knocks me right out.

I listen to this audiobook in the background while I work. It helps me relax with the nature sounds playing. Be aware this guided imagery and nature sounds audible is so extensive. It contains SEVERAL hours of sound. The guided imagery is always interesting, for example in chapter 20 you hear footsteps as you are “walking the forest”. Overall this is definitely a value audible of guided imagery & sounds.

As an insomniac, I'm always hunting for new ways to lull my restless mind into slumber. These poetic nature soundscapes were an absolute godsend! The soothing guided imagery kick-started my relaxation, while the non-repetitive ambiances like ocean waves or rainfall created a hypnotizing backdrop to drift off to. With 200 hours of blissful audio,..I havent finished all of it but I am looking forward to more of it in the next few days. My only regret is not discovering this dreamy audio oasis sooner for calming my busy brain. Wow!

Wow, the guided meditation at the start followed by nature sounds really sends you into deep sleep. With twenty different 10 hour sleep sound sessions, there is a lot to try out to see what works for you. I liked the fireplace one.
