Helps Unpack
Didn’t realize how much I needed this until I started working through it. The exercises helped me unpack things I’ve been avoiding for years. It’s not just about understanding the damage, it’s about actually moving forward. Some sections were tough to get through, but that showed me where I needed to focus. I finally feel like I have real tools to heal and understand everything that happened. Highly recommend!

Good resources for healing from trauma
For those who experience any trauma like narcissistic abuse or gaslighting, it is important to get out of it and get healed. This books covers everything from understand the trauma to doing exercise for self-help. This is a collection of 5 books in one book that will help anyone facing such trauma. Especially if you find it difficult to get outside help, this book will offer solutions and a way out. And I find the part about building self-esteem and confidence is very useful. One does not want to face the same problem again. And to avoid that, it is important to have personal growth and to develop the self-worth.

A Fantastic Guide for Real Healing
I’ve been through the wringer—married to a narcissistic gaslighter, dealing with a childhood full of trauma, and battling my own mental health struggles. This audiobook lays things out in a way that really made sense to me. No fluff, no overly complicated jargon—just solid exercises that helped me understand what happened and how to move forward. The sections on gaslighting and childhood trauma hit hard, but in a way that made me feel understood instead of overwhelmed. If you’re serious about healing, this is worth the listen. It’s not magic, but it’s a damn good starting point. I am truly grateful that I found the opportunity to listen to this audiobook.
