An excellent, informative Factual history with a marvellous story telling narrative. A must read for everyone to gain an insight of the Easter Rising and the effect it had on the members of one particular family

Very informative about the role of these young women in the Easter Rising and background to the leaders themselves. Great story, well written.

Unfortunately I was very put off by the frequent incorrect pronunciation of some of the Irish names and places - shame this couldn’t have been researched as well as the content of the book itself.
