Best book for a holiday listen
Lucky enough to be on holiday chilling by a pool and listening to this. Amazing! A reminder of a lot of concepts I've read elsewhere but also loads of new revelations. Worded so simply, clearly and easy to absorb. Fully inspired ❤️

Most authentic - insightful self growth book I read!
Getting older is just an extraordinary process where you become the person you always should have been.. I wish I had read this book 20 years ago!
At the down of my 40 this book just taught me the most valuable lessons of self love.
The author does not just discuss a fancy concept here, but give real meaningful insight from her own experience.
This is for anyone who wants to really unleash there true potential - let go of old pattern, learn to unlearn and relearn some fundamentals bases for a better life.
It also offers valuable tools and key insight for fast tracked personal growth and fulfilment.
This is the most authentic and captivating book on personal growth I have read so far.
I truly felt the urge of inspiration to live to higher level and influence the people around me to do the same when finished the book.
Such a captivating and uplifting read!
