Completely changed my relationship with food!!!!
Wow, this is a really good one. I love listening to this audiobook, it has helped me so much. It has completely transformed my mindset around food and weight loss. The guided meditation and affirmations helped me break unhealthy eating habits and develop a more mindful relationship with food. I definitely feel more in control of my cravings, and I’ve noticed I am now eating smaller portions without feeling deprived. The hypnosis sessions are so relaxing and are working!!!
