Rapid weight loss is a type of diet in which you lose more than 2 pounds a week over several weeks. To lose weight this quickly, you eat very few calories.
Most of us have some blind spots when it comes to seeing ourselves as others do, whether it's good or bad. Even if their weight is higher than recommended, they feel they really don't have any weight to lose.
Why it is important to lose weight? A modest weight loss of five to 10 percent of your total body weight is likely to produce health benefits, such as improvements in blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and blood sugars. Being overweight increases your risk of health conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer.
Strategy:
1. Make sure you're ready. Long-term weight loss takes time and effort - and a long-term commitment.
2. Find your inner motivation. No one else can make you lose weight.
3. Set realistic goals.
4. Practice cautious eating: Careful about avoiding danger or risk.
5. Try to eat a variety of whole foods. This includes lean meats, whole grains, and dairy.
6. Reestablish the correct mindset: Mindset about losing weight before, during, and after the journey really matters.
Change your goals.
What else drives "careless" compulsive eating? Not only do you have to witness your body changing, but you continuously have to nourish it and challenge your eating-disorder voice all day long.
Meet with your medical care physician: When you find yourself emotionally broken and seeking comfort in food or other things, then you need to see your medical care physician. Your physician will advise on how to establish a healthy lifestyle, manage weight, and get the right amount of exercise.
How does the mood-food-weight loss cycle works?
Emotional eating is eating as a way to suppress or soothe negative emotions, such as stress, anger, fear, boredom, sadness, and loneliness.
How do you get back on track? To help stop emotional eating, try these tips:
- Keep a food diary.
- Tame your stress.
- Have a hunger reality.
- Get support.
- Fight boredom.
- Take away temptation.
- Don't deprive yourself.
- Snack healthy.
- Learn from setbacks
When to seek professional help: If you've tried self-help options but you still can't control emotional eating, consider therapy with a mental health professional. Discover relaxation techniques, it may include:

- Meditation

- Music and art therapy
- Aromatherapy
What is meditation?
Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective.
Terminology around meditation: Although there's not a lot of research showing that meditation directly helps you lose weight, meditation does help you become more aware of your thoughts and actions, including those that relate to food.

If you think that being overweight is not just because you are eating. The audiobook is very detailed in different ways to work on yourself and to fix the weight troubles you are facing. This audiobook is briefing about weight loss method. It's content is very easily describe about rapid weight loss. I hear this audiobook and know many useful information about body control.

It does a great job of breaking down the basic habits, emotions, and beliefs that some people tie to their weight issues. One of the best audiobook on the subject of hypnosis and diet together. Weight loss is hard, and listening about it comes with a ton of information that’s either unverified or just sourced from people who’ve lost weight.
