Great guided meditations

This book really shined in the audio format. Gabriella's voice is so soothing/relaxing as she shares her learning experience and guide us through 3 different practices.
I have found myself returning to the "body scan" guided meditation several times as it really helped me slow down and set intentions for the day. I really recommend this audiobook!
