Summary
For those interested in traditional Chinese medicine, relaxation techniques, and chi (qi) healing methods - don't pass up the chance to get the chi flowing and to enjoy a long list of health benefits.
Sifu William Lee explains how very simple self-massage methods can maximize your energy and reduce symptoms of ill health - from arthritis to allergies, back pain to weight loss.
These methods are practical and effective, not theoretical - work through them at your own pace, depending on the level of effect that you need. From your eyelids to the bottom of your feet, self-massaging those important meridian points can release your stress and allow you to live fully and drink deeply of life and its natural healing power.
This is probably the most complete and fastest qigong meridian self-massage guide.

promises but doesn't deliver
This book lumbered from chapter to chapter droning on about how it is going to tell you about 'Meridian Self Massage', how you will learn how to benefit from 'Meridian Self Massage' and the importance of what it is going to tell you. This dreary, self-congratulatory monologue latter for about 3/4 of the book.
When it FINALLY gets into the details, it starts by referring to pictures that the listener doesn't have because it's an audio book.
If you have a basic understanding of acupuncture points, this book will teach you nothing you don't already know.
If you don't already know it, the information you hope to learn is skimmed over at the end with reference to pictures you haven't got. Rather than guiding the listener through a full massage to benefit from a practical lecture, this is a purely academic exercise and if anything is to be learned from this audiobook, it would be seated at a desk with additional referencing.
In summary, the most pointless audio book yet.
