Summary
Monsters lurk under the roaring high seas in the Qapira Awakening box set…
After a terrible shipwreck near a deserted island, rescue seems impossible for Del, a stowaway street rat; Etenia, a merchant’s daughter; and Lathan, a retired dragon rider—especially when there’s a kraken lurking offshore, hungry for their only possible means of escape: dragon eggs they’re protecting.
Yet the kraken answers to the even deadlier Qapira, a forgotten race sleeping deep in the ocean. No setback will stop them now that they’ve awakened. To survive, they must triumph over the people of Pothena, and they will destroy anyone who stands against them.
Without dragons, Pothena has no defenses against this deadly new foe. But the days of dragon-riding in the kingdom are over. If they want to stand a chance, Del and his friends will need to escape the deserted island and get home to Pothena to revive the nearly forgotten dragon-riding academy.
Life on the streets taught Del to only trust himself, but everything has changed. Now Del, his friends, and his dragon riders are the only thing standing between the human world and certain doom.
This dragon rider fantasy bundle features the three novels of the Qapira Awakening series: Dragon Ally, Dragon Revival, and Dragon Peril.

Epic and amazing dragon adventure
A fantastic story and adventure storytelling at its best. Del stows away on a boat looking for a new life. Things don’t go to plan and he ends up shipwrecked on an island and has to survive with Etenia (a merchants daughter) and Lathan (a former dragon rider). Watching them try to work together and survive on a desert island as well as being trapped by a monster on the island makes for interesting situations as well as watching the characters grow and develop especially Del.
Dez, Etenia and Lathan arrive in Pothena. The story quickly builds with Pothena under threat, war is coming and trying to establish a dragon rider training school is challenging. Making the school happen brings a few unexpected twists and turns along the way.
Del is continuing to battle with the Qapira in this final book in this adventure. It isn’t easy bringing a new dragon school back from the past.
The story and world building is epic and the book is full of adventure, action packed and fast paced with the characters being written perfectly with understanding and empathy. A page turner that gets better and better building to a thrilling end.
This is an amazing epic dragon adventure that keeps you hooked in a unique world. I was emotional by the end, it’s a perfect blend of action, tragedy, romance, battles, dragons and overcoming adversity. This is an epic conclusion and is a must read.
The narration is perfect and the narrator has done an excellent job of bringing it to life.

This is a very long listening!
First thing I wanna say is, it is my first book from this author and I´ve really enjoyed it. But, who isn`t in love of dragons? Since this audiobook is the third part of a series, I would like to listen to the first two parts too, because I´ve loved the story and the characters very much,
One more thing, the narrator´s performance was great, and it makes my listening experience more enjoyable.
