I have always had so much fear about public speaking. What If I make a mistake or people find me boring? This book has given me some great tips for remaining calm, building my confidence and managing any slip ups or pauses in my speaking. Wonderful Insights and Tips
I know what it’s like to feel that wave of anxiety before speaking in front of a crowd, but after years of experience, I can say that public speaking isn’t about being perfect but it’s about connecting with your audience, and this book has done a good job in reminding me of that. As a kid, I don't remember being afraid to speak in front of people, but after a bad experience in high school, I've been a nervous wreck ever since!
