Good Book!!!
I love that the author was short on theory and long on practically and that he zeroed right in on real and common procrastination pitfalls such as social media, binge watching series, video games, etc. It also helps enormously that he was a world class procrastinator, worse than most of us! His 21 specific tools are helping immensely!

Nice One!!!
I have been so, so, so much more productive the last few months. I was trying to figure out why and it donned on me it was this book! For the first time in my life, I find myself stopping to see why I'm procrastinating on something. It may not sound like a big thing but that one act of figuring out what it is that is preventing me from doing what I need/want to do enables me to actually do it!

Great Book.!!!
The advice offered in the book is practical, sensible, and written in such a way that you can pick and choose which habit you want to try to cultivate first. Plus, the author points out that the process takes time, and that if you slip, thats fine just keep working on trying to be better than before.

A complex problem defined in a simple way
The authors have provided techniques and examples on how to manage or overcome procrastination on many levels. From the generic to clinically diagnosed causes, the topic of procrastination, as they explain, is more complex and more intricate then first thought. A fantastic read and helpful information to manage, if not overcome procrastination.
