Overcome Self Doubt

This book encourages action at the soonest possible moment. There are a variety of tips and strategies to make that happen and they all feel effective. The mnemonics and tips in the book are already in my mind multiple times a day. However, Action is the first step, even if it's a small step, then Motivation happens and you're encouraged to take further action, and finally, Inspiration happens when you're completely absorbed in the task that you at first procrastinated on. The task is done, now move on to the next and keep the momentum going.

Ultimate Formula to Overcome Self Doubt,

Great science behind the natural conflicts going on in the brain that cause procrastination and the laws of physics causing inertia. I'm now keenly aware that I must work with both. Knowledge and understanding are my typical starting points in changing action. Thanks

Really helpful, I wanted to do a lot of stuff but always think I’m too old, too busy to do. Now I am try to do want I really want regardless. Thank you for yr book

I would recommend this

I enjoyed the ideas on how to stop following into procrastination so much. It so easy to do and so hard to get rid of that bad habit. Book give good advice and I have begun implementing some of the idea. Especially try to think about how I will feel after I accomplish what I was putting off for simple dumb reasons. I would recommend this if you fall into procrastination easily.

Procrastination

Procrastination has been my worst enemy for as long as I can remember. Thanks to this book I have discovered my problem and triggers to master the monster. I highly recommend this book to anyone that procrastinates even a little.
