Frustratingly good.
I was given a free copy of this book and I'm leaving an honest and voluntary review.
I highly recommend this to anyone!
This is the second book I've listened to by Meredith Potts and I'm hooked. My only complaint is it's too short, I'm left wanting, Melody is such a believable character, she's very likeable with plenty of depth.
The story is very nicely paced, it draws you into the plot and keeps you fully engrossed.
The narration is flawless, Stephanie Quinn brings this delightful mystery to life, giving the characters their own personality and capturing their emotions perfectly.
A winning combination

Read in order
I’ve listened to these out of order which means I already know what happens after this story. This needs to be read before Truffles, tirades and trouble.
I really enjoyed hearing about Melody clues shaping into the unofficial detective role. She works her way around the town to help investigate the evidence. This does end with a suspension of more.
Great series.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Enjoyable short story
This is the second book I have listened to in the series. This was an easy listen and developed the main characters and their relationship further. The only thing to be aware of is that these are very short stories, not necessarily a bad thing as ideal for my journey to and from work.

lovely
I love these bite side mysteries they do bring a smile to my face
this mystery is a little bit of a let down, however, as there is more talk about marriage and babies than detective work
