Don’t bother!

I downloaded this in lockdown when I started to get into pranayama/breathwork. I’m training as a breathwork instructor and started to listen to this book to help me. The narrator’s voice is very monotone, speaks without expression, too quickly and with no pause between sentences. But for me the worst thing is the constant mispronunciation and stuttering of so many of the words: the breathwork names and all the body parts. Surely this should be checked before narrating! I am also a Pilates instructor so I have a very good understanding of anatomy. This makes the book really difficult to understand, I was constantly rewinding to listen to try to understand.
