Stories worth while listening to

It’s not about just being told how to grow your self confidence but to hear how others have grown it and you take and pick from these stories and make your own confidence sandwich / smoothie / bento box we all need reminders and best kinds are from other peoples stories and accounts

it's a collection of stories and motivational talk, it's not what I was looking for. some good points in the middle thought.
