I know that posture is one of those things in life that doesn't seem to be really important, but the truth is that poor posture can have negative health effects. Pain and discomfort are the most common side effects of poor posture. Besides that, poor posture makes you look a lot older than you are. Clear, high quality, smooth voice

Really clear instruction, gentle undistracting sound track. All mat. Good repetition and slight challenge moving to considerable challenge for my body - good long section curled up giving the core a strong challenge. Maybe a bit more in prone would help for extension.
Would have had 5 stars but I would have liked some more stretches at the end and a closing section.
