About this listen
Amy Perfect is the crème de la crème of wedding planners, so who best to plan Georgina's wedding? Except that the man Georgina plans to marry is the same man who jilted Amy three years ago.
Will her plan to give Georgina an imperfect wedding backfire? Is this the chance for Amy to win back the love of her life, or will insufferable Ben put a spanner in the works?

Absolutely hilarious!
True laugh out loud and captivating story. Fantastic!. Difficult to switch off as each time was wanting 'just another chapter'.

LOVED!!
Where does Perfect Weddings rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
My first audio book but its not the last!
I have been a fan of Lynda Renham books for a while, but gave up reading as I read the same page over and over (I fall asleep way too quick!)
Gave audible a go, picked my favourite author and it's sparked something that I now listen a few times a day!
I really hope theres more to come from Amy Perfect!

Loved it!
Not my usual choice of listening material but I wanted something entertaining & frivolous and this book doesn’t disappoint. Like all the best rom coms it’s funny, sweet & utterly unbelievable. Pure literary candy floss, it’s a wonderful piece of escapism & I thoroughly enjoyed my little reality break

Fluffy humour
When I first saw this in the sale I thought 'ah, perfect chick lit! A girl with weight issues, I can totally get into this!'
But then I fell out of love with this book the second that the main character started talking about how hideously obese she was (and maybe if she was 5ft tall that might be true but at a relatively normal height of 5’7 she'd be overweight at best) and how that had to be the reason she got jilted at the altar. Her weight obsession follows her through the book, but sadly she doesn’t learn any lessons on how to look after herself properly and binges again and again.
The story was predictable for the most part but not unpleasant to listen to with a few mad cap adventures thrown in along the way. As someone who’s struggled with their weight most of their life I couldn’t identify with the main character, which was somewhat of a disappointment. She came across as vapid and shallow with no dedication to her supposed love of creating perfect weddings for people. I really wanted to love this book, I just... couldn't.

Body image focused
This book is terribly focused on woman’s stereotypical body shape. I only managed 8 chapters and that was with hope it would improve. From chapter 1 it is focused on weight and body image. It is Super triggering for anyone who has experienced any try of weight or body image stresses if I could get a refund u would

Worse book so far
Why quiet life had to be mentioned so many times. Too far fetched and too much crammed into the storey. Blooming rubbish read compared to Jill mansell etc
