Felt Like a Reset Button for My Brain

I picked this up during a stretch when my thoughts felt like they were constantly racing, and it’s actually helped me dial things back. Some parts hit harder than I expected—especially the bit on self-compassion (which I clearly needed more of). What I liked most is that I could try things out without feeling overwhelmed or like I had to overhaul my whole life. Exactly what I needed!

"Peaceful Mind, Powerful Life" was exactly what I needed. Having struggled with over thinking and anxiety for most of my life, this audiobook was easy to follow with things that actually work from mindfulness exercises to NLP and CBT strategies. The 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique alone is a lifesaver for me! With a busy schedule, the daily steps are easy to perform and really do make a difference. If you're looking for a thoughtful, no-frills guide to shutting off the noise and getting clarity, I strongly recommend listening to this audiobook!

This really got me!

I’m always overthinking, I’ll spiral about a text I sent three days ago. So, I tried this, and it’s like a mental reset button. I love the cover

I really enjoyed this book, it was full of great ideas to stop overthinking and for us procrastinators this is really helpful. The ways for getting rid of negative thoughts with affirmations was really good. Her suggestion of NLP is a good one that I will be trying.

exactly what I needed to reset my mindset

So Serene!

This book is just what I needed. I am a true overthinker and it holds me back. I was so happy to listen to this book because it instantly calmed me. I felt so much better. I repeated it three nights in a row and I have been sleeping better. I believe it has kept me from having my mind race from my anxiety when trying to get to sleep. I enjoyed the mindfulness techniques, including the 5-4-3-2-1, which I have been using during the day. You will not be disappointed with this book!
