Great parenting tips
If your child has ADHD or anxiety or both combined this book will provide so many useful tips! The author clearly has lots of experience with these problems in children and does a stellar job in describing the issues faced by the kids and their parents.
Firstly how to recognise the problem and then how to deal with it. There are lots of great strategies for both anxiety and ADHD which will help both the kids and the parents who have to deal with them. I highly recommend it!

Important book on a timely topic
This is a difficult and complex topic but this book does a great job of unpacking it. The author presents a comprehensive set of strategies that are backed by research and I appreciated how the author clearly explains the differences between anxiety and ADHD and how they can interact with each other. The examples she provides help illustrate how these strategies can be implemented in everyday situations.
The strategies are broken down into different sections, such as emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving. Each section provides clear and concise tips that can be easily applied in real-life situations. The author emphasizes the importance of consistency and repetition, which is something that I have found to be extremely important when dealing with children with anxiety and ADHD.
The best part is that it doesn't offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, it recognizes that every child is unique and provides a range of strategies that can be adapted to fit each child's needs. 10/10

Fantastic bundle
I do love a two in one bundle. I have family members who suffer with ADHD and anxiety so this was incredibly useful to listen to. I really like the chapters on embracing truth abut anxiety and healthier alternatives in book 1 and embracing who your child is and developing new belief systems and healthier alternatives in book 2. Any parent or educator would find this audiobook to be a must have to help understand children with these conditions.

Fantastic info on ADHD/Anxiety
There's some amazing information in this book. It resonated a lot and really if you don't suffer from ADHD or anxiety it's very difficult to understand what is actually happening. This book really explains well both what is happening with your child and what you can do to make it better for them. As one of the most misunderstood ailments anxiety can be paralysing but not for the reasons you'd suspect, nor is it trigger because you are "frightened" which is what a lot of people assume. Great reading and if you have a kid with ADHD or anxiety don't think twice.

Great Guide For Parents
As a stepmom of an anxious and ADHD child, these books have been an enormous help!
They are full of great advice and strategies for managing issues like hyperactivity and anxiety. These effective strategies for teaching your child how to express their emotions in a way that you can actually understand are enlightening.
What I enjoyed the most was the Scientific explanation of how anxiety affects your child's brain and mood so that we, as parents, can better understand what’s actually going on with them. This resonated with me the most. Now that I have a better understanding, I feel more empathy for the situation.
These are fantastic books that any parent of an anxious or ADHD child should have.

Cute audiobook
My son was recently diagnosed with ADHD and he adores this audiobook because he is excited that there is an audiobook with a character with ADHD like him. Visibility for different disabilities and mental illnesses is so important I'm happy to be able to give him this small bit.
